Samantha and Jackson's first date! They went to the Original Ninfa's on Navigation and ended the night with ice cream and enough time for Samantha to get sleep while on her vascular surgery rotation.

Jackson got free tickets to Game 1 of the 2021 World Series for the best 3-month anniversary gift ever. Fun fact: Samantha has never seen an Astros win with Jackson.

First trip together to Hilton Head/Charleston/Savannah!

One year anniversary going to their favorite Houston restaurant, Uchi.

Samantha caught the bouquet at this wedding! Jackson also told Matthew Lillard (famously known for his role as Shaggy in the live action Scooby Doo) that he was planning on marrying Samantha one day.

Samantha and Jackson's first couples costume--Donkey and Dragon from Shrek. Jackson refused to plan a couples costume in 2023 for unbeknownst reasons to Samantha (Jackson was planning on hosting a surprise engagement party the weekend of Halloween).

Samantha and Jackson moved to Chicago for Samantha to start Ob/Gyn residency at University of Chicago and Jackson started his current job at BP.
